A Background to our Company:
Established in 1987, the late Mark Poulsom bought a second-hand JCB –
the beginning of Poulsom Plant Hire & Agricultural Contracting.
He constantly devoted himself (aided by his wife, Katy) to developing a
Company that would provide security to all its’ customers by ensuring that
their requirements would be to the satisfaction of Mark himself – a great
critic of his own work, providing results that were of mutual satisfaction.
Since 2006, Katy Poulsom has managed Poulsom Plant Hire & Agricultural
Contracting , maintaining and developing the Company further and
becoming a preferred supplier of services to many of its’ customers
including County Councils, Parish Councils, Town Councils,
MOD Support Services, Government Forestry Services,
Wildlife Trusts and Organisations etc.
With a policy of ‘OUR AIM IS TO PLEASE’, customers can be assured of
access to a wealth of industry knowledge and the delivery of services
from Katy and her time-served team who pride themselves in their
